7-Day Return Policy
We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale items may have different return terms (marked at purchase)
Non-Returnable Items
Underwear, socks, and customised or personalised items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
- Email hello@gazabclothing.com with your order number
- We'll share return instructions and pickup details
- Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders receive a bank transfer or store credit.
